The gilded enclave of Greenwich is a blue-blooded landscape of sprawling estates and tight-knit culture, with each family chasing their own version of the American Dream. How much you have is additionally weighed against how you got it – did you earn it, or did you marry it?

PAUL GILLIAM (12)

An artist and day dreamer, his interaction with Alice and the band teaches him that maybe “fitting in” isn’t all that matters.

JEAN (52)

Paul’s link to the band. Housekeeper to the band, she lets Paul tag along. 20 years into her job, she has worked for  a few crazy housewives.  None of this phases her.

TINA VANDERHOO (31)

A beautiful socialite and from a VERY prominent family, Tina was more adventurous when it came to the band, inviting all of them over for cocktail parties and lectures with her Young Republican Ladies luncheon group.

RUTHIE TEMPLETON (25)

Lives alone on an estate next to the band. She has beauty, a big heart and a hobby of collecting dead birds, which she stores in a large freezer in her basement.

MR. G (54)

An  successful Businessman who rents his estate to Shep at a great price. Why the good deal ? Who knows, but “favors” might be involved.

MR. NELSON CROSS (40)

The band’s biggest nemesis. He did the smart thing by marrying rich – but he knows he didn’t earn it. He resents the band, since they represent  new potential, and he does anything he can to try to get rid of them.

SAL & CARMINE (Who’s asking ? )

Part of Mr. G’s team, they are a  constant fixture on the property. They are the show’s menthol smoking Greek chorus.
